1. Cancellation Policy
Before Service Activation
- Customers can request cancellation before the service is activated or installed.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any applicable administrative or processing charges.
After Service Activation
- Once the service is activated, cancellation requests will not be eligible for a full refund.
- Any such request will be treated as a service termination.
Contract-Based Services
- Services under fixed-term agreements may include early termination charges as per the signed contract.
2. Refund Policy
Eligible Cases for Refund
Refunds may be processed under the following conditions:
- Payment made but service not activated
- Duplicate or excess payment
- Service cannot be delivered due to technical infeasibility
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- After successful activation and usage of services
- Partial usage of subscribed plans
- Change of mind after purchase
- Delays caused due to customer-side issues (documentation, permissions, etc.)
3. Refund Process
- All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card)
- In certain cases, refunds may be issued as service credits, based on mutual agreement
4. Installation & Setup Charges
- Installation, setup, and equipment charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the installation process has started or completed
5. Billing & Service Policy
- All services are generally provided on a prepaid basis
- No refunds will be issued for unused service periods
- Customers are responsible for timely renewals to avoid service interruption
6. Service Downtime
- While we strive to maintain high uptime, occasional downtime may occur
- No refunds will be issued for temporary or minor service interruptions
- Any compensation will be governed by applicable Service Level Agreements (SLA)
7. Force Majeure
SHAMBHAVE INFOWAYS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Third-party network failures
- Unforeseen technical issues
